What makes this moment even more special is his dedication of the medal to our beloved Master Abilio, whose impact and inspiration resonate with so many of us around the world. Master Abilio was more than just a coach; he was a true leader, mentor, and friend, who shaped countless lives in Taekwondo and beyond.

Even in our adult class, we embraced the spirit of fun with some silly warm-up exercises, reminding us all that it’s good to let our inner child shine every now and then. It was such a joy, and a reminder that having fun together helps build self-esteem and resilience.
