Saturday 6th December 2003 becomes another momentous occasion in the history of WTF Poomsae development within the Milton Keynes UTA Taekwondo club. The competition was organised by the BTCB Poomsae committee. The championship attracted over 200 entrants in individuals, synchronised and speed breaking categories.

The club was represented by Conner and Alison Freeman, Morgan and Mitchell Connolly, Dave and Zoe Brown, Emily Farrier and John Waite.

The Kup grade section provided some notable performances by Emily, winning the silver medal as the second best in the country for her category and Alison winning gold medal to become the number one in the UK for her category.

In the Dan grade sections, fiercely contested, as usual, Great Britain had some notable performances from both its national team members and juniors alike. Zoe Brown took the silver medal for our club.

All MK members who took part did extremely well and deserve congratulations as always for their dedication, spirit and efford. Thank you to all the parents that travelled on the day and stayed until the end just to see Zoe in her final round. Their was a great team spirit.

Plans are already underway for events for the national team selection for 2005 European Championships.
